There are no returns or refunds on original artworks. If damage occurs in transit please email camillacicoria@gmail.com

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging before opening it, as well as photographing the damaged art inside and email photographs to camillacicoria@gmail.com.

Unfortunately I cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind as all prints are printed upon receiving your order.

We are very thankful for your order however if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back for a refund or exchange your order to the same value.
Your order must be sent back in good condition,unworn,unwashed and unused.

If your item is faulty please email camillafcicoria@gmail.com with photos if possible . We will offer a refund once the item has been returned and you will be notified by email once we have received the returned order.
We recommend that you use a registered post or trackable courier  when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit .
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not refund duties and taxes .
